We work directly with body-corp managers and committees — provide quotes in their preferred format, invoice with all the right detail, and schedule around the building's tenants. Insurance certificates emailed before we start.
Real-estate make-good & pre-sale
Agents call us when a vendor wants the front of the house lifted before going to market. A few hundred dollars of render and paint can add thousands to the offers a property attracts. Quick turn-around, fixed price.
Shopfronts & retail
Shopfront render patch-ups, shopfront repaints and signage prep — we work after-hours so we don't cost you trade. Used to working in occupied retail and hospitality spaces.
