Find the source first

If render is bubbling, water is getting in somewhere. We trace it back — failed window flashings, cracked door sills, a parapet cap that's lost its sealant, a balcony membrane that's failed. Fix the source, then fix the render. Skip step one and the render will fail again in 12 months.

Membranes and sealers

We apply elastomeric membranes to high-risk walls, breathable sealers to the render face to shed water, and re-flash window heads/sills properly so the wall stays dry.

Salt-damp & efflorescence

Coastal Gold Coast homes get hit hard by salt-damp and efflorescence — that white powder bleeding through the paint. We treat the cause (rising damp, salt-laden water) and apply specialist primers before re-coating.
